4th of July

Good morning all

Well I know the 4Th isn't here yet but I did a premade one...all I have to do now is take some good pics...lol, I got my Spongebob cart and this one I thought was just right for this page.

I used Spongebob cart for Spongebob cut @ 4 1/2 ins and pop dotted.

Graphically speaking cart for....the flag and Fourth of July cut @ 3 ins and I heat embossed the star & fourth of July with blue.....

shooting stars are from Hannah Montana cart cut @ 2ins pop dotted and stickled.

the pic frames I cuttle bugged with swirls folder...added ribbon .... a 3D sticker

I used the left over cut stars from the shooting stars embossed them with Swiss dot cuttle bug folder and pop dotted them....on the large pic frame I tore it and inked it and added a star.the paper is paper pizazz .....I think it turned out great !

Friendship card

Good morning all

I am a member over on the cricut board, I have met so many wonderful people.

But you know how one or two people will stand out....well this one did for me ...My good friend Pricy! I sent her this card to let her know I enjoy being friends with her....

card recipe

used George ...for circle cut @ 3ins, pop dotted & cuttle bug embossed Swiss dots.

Walk in my garden...for friends cut @ 1 in..... tyed ribbon on it... used Martha Stewart sm heart boarder punch for the corners and under friends....

Strawberry short cake is a clip art that I colored using my Prisma markers....used prisma pencils for her face...I don't have a lot of colored markers yet!

Hello Kitty....for the strawberry cut @ 2ins used black jell pen to color dots.....

computer generated words, printed on sticker paper ....

swirl corner flower stamp and boarder flower stamp Studio G and colored with Prisma markers....

HS Musical 3

Good Friday morning to you

Well I had to still play with my new cart so I had these pics of Courtney & Tabatha

at Hollywood Studio ...dancing to the High school musical show....Courtney has all of the movies and she just LOVES them....at 5 do you believe that! We had to stand up on a wall to see the show , that rolled down the street ..it was a moving show! She was sooooo cute when the music started she just danced away....any way she had a great time!

for this I used Hannah Montana....for the title cut at 2ins pop dotted and added a couple gems

star brace ,shooting star , microphone and music notes all HM all cut a 2ins except the mic it was cut at 3ins. cuttle bug embossing folder and some 3d stickers of the cast...A fairly simple layout !

but it captured the moment....I did a 2nd pic to show her dancing !

Good morning all

I got my Hannah Montana cart,,, I ordered Sponge Bob too, but it's not here yet.

My Daughter ask me to make her a card for a girl she works with and of course I said yes

I got to play with my new cart...LOL

I used Hannah Montana....for Guitar pop dotted cut @ 4ins and added a girly brad .

and U rock cut @ 1in I added a star with stickles to it... pop dotted all the letters. Added a star on the swirls

Used cuttle bug Swirls folder to emboss the white paper....EK Success for corner punch

Home accent for the corner swirls cut @ 2ins & 1 1/2 ins.

Stamped Happy Birthday .... for the envelope I used Hannah Montana ...for the Pegasus cut @ 3 ins...more corner swirls same size as others...I thought at first it would be to girly for a woman ...But Tabatha said she would LOVE IT !

the little coke cup I cut by hand.....added flower ribbon with small brads...and flower punchs....

Been Practicing

Good morning all

I got some Prisma markers and was practicing with them...thought I would share what I have done! I need more markers to do shading ..I got a small set to see if I would or even could do this first before I soak more money in to them..I think I could like this! I know what you are thinking ...Pink he is in Pink !!!! I told you I only had a small set.....LOL

I also added some paper glass for his hair and the flowers ...let me know what you think ..

should I keep practicing or give it up ?

Fast as Lightning

Good Morning All

Tomorrowland Speedway

This is one of Courtney's favorite rides at Disney....She likes to think she is a Big Girl!

She had to ride it more than once....

For this layout I used

Cars cart....Lightning cut @ 3 1/2 ins & pop dotted...I had the hardest time cutting this(don't know why ). checkered flags cut @ 2ins & pop dotted,& traffic light cut @ 3ins & pop dotted ,inked and doodled.....used stickers for the numbers. the road behind Lightning is cut @ 3ins and welded in Design Studio...so it would fit the page....

George for...Fast as Lightning title cut @ 1 1/2 ins

pictures I pop dotted 2 of them and framed them with 3 layers of color yellow ,red,& black .

and for some strange reason Lightning looks pink!!!...he's not! (really red)

The Big Day

Good Monday Morning All

Well here is another page in my Disney book....of a ZILLION

This is a pic of Myself...Tabatha ( DD ) Courtney ( DGD )on our 1st Day a Disney

My Husband said there were no pics of me last trip so this time get in the pic....I did and look at me ...It was 90 some degrees that day ...I just tryed a new conditioner for my hair ( It was WAY to heavy so my hair was sooooo thick and flat.... the wind was blowing and it just flapped like cardboard....LOL Next day I got a new conditioner!!!!! So this is why I'm not in many shots!

For this layout I used

Mickey & Friends cart ....Big Mickey head cut @ fit to page / Mickey cut @ 5 ins/hand boarder cut @ 1 in

Jubilee/Celebration..... Title The Big Day cut @ 3ins/flag cut@ 3ins and hand wrote the date on it.

The Tag Boarder I seen on a How to make things site ...can't remember the name...but I thought it was cool so I tryed it....All the tags are cut at different size and shapes.....some are done with Mickey & Friends cart and some done by hand they are all cut at 1in....computer font/and some ribbon, string ,tiny brads and I doodled.....the background of the tag boarder I embossed with cuttle bug Swiss dots folder then sanded the dots......to give it a polka dot look!

Alice in Epcot

Good Friday morning to you all,

Here is another layout for my Disney book...I got a lot more to do yet...I took 1500 pics!

This is a picture of Courtney meeting Alice from Alice in Wonderland....

She is one of her favorites...She & I love the movie!

Mini Monograms....Alice & Epcot cut @ 2in

Dreams come true ...Teacup pop dotted cut @ 2in

Plantin school book ... in, all welded together in Design Studio...added a flower punch on the o.

I Incorporated Alice 3D stickers....

Paper is from DCWV Nana's Kitchen stack

Mickey & Friends & Walk in my garden... the tags , a couple I hand cut! cut @ 1 1/2

Tinker bell & friends ...mushroom...stickled the Sm flowers... cut @ 2in

Small brads on some of the tags and pop dotted the tags embossed with Swirls cuttle bug folder.

Ribbon..... large tea cup cut @ 3 1/4 ins from dreams come true & pop dotted.

Martha Stewart boarder lace punch for the corners....computer made words for the tags....I tryed to choose words that were used in the movie....

I really like how this one turned out ...hope you do too!

I'm still working on my Disney book...

This is a page of my Daughter Tabatha & my Grand Daughter Courtney.

It was our first day at the hotel....Courtney spotted the pool ...( not like you could miss it )

But after she saw the pool we had to swim every night!

This was the first time in the pool and using her swimmers...She loved it !

For this layout I used

George ...for the title cut at 1 in and welded in Design Studio

The small splash on the word splash is cut from Dreams come true at 1 in.

Dreams come true for ...the big splash cut at fit to page ...used it as an overlay.

Stretch your imagination for palm trees cut at 7 in

Life is a beach for Beach ball cut at 2 in

life guard chair cut at 7 1/2 in

waves cut on boarder at 1 in/ flip flops cut at 1 in/sun cut at 2 in

I really love life's a beach cart!!!

Stickled the Sm splash/ inked the palm trees /doodled the chair

pop dotted ball ,chair, trees ,sun and flip flops.

small splats on chair are a punch....

Flower Power

Hi all

This is a layout I did of the Nelson twins ( Ricky Nelson's Sons ) @ Epcot

They where part of a concert called Flower Power 60's 70's music.

They sang their Dad's songs...did an AWESOME job!!!

It took me 2 days to get this lo done....I had such a headache....

And it had nothing to do with the layout...lol

My computer decided to go on the blink.... burned up my usb port/had to reinstall my printer and my cricut....couldn't connect to the Internet....I was starting to think I wasn't supposed to do this layout...

I just glad I got everything fixed for now I hope!

for this I used

Design studio & sorry I was so upset with everything I didn't write the measurements down.

In design studio I made a flower mesh & used the left over outer paper as an overlay...

stars and tiny small flower punch and computer font printed on sticker paper, with the names of some of the songs...

After everything I went through to get this done ...I like how it came out!

A Fathers day card

Hi all

Well I have been busy with my Disney book and totally forgot about Fathers day.

And the Biggie I forgot about my Anniversary June 19Th ....OH MY !!

Gotta make that card yet...

I used Life's a Beach for ...beach chair/waves/flip flops/trees & the post & grass .

I think I am really loving this cart...there is just so much cool stuff on there.

Paper Pups for Relax...Oh and I forgot The card was cut with Life's A Beach also....

There is a picture card cut on it ...I really love that !!!!

Used DCWV Summer Stack Paper

added some jute around the frame/doodled and inked and also added pop dots behind the flip flops & the top layer of the tree .

Bone yard

Hi All

Another Disney layout... This is the Bone Yard at Animal Kingdom.

The kids just love it! They get to dig bones up in the sand.

I took this pic of Courtney & Hunter her cousin ... It was Great My Niece & her family went at the same time we did, so we got to do some parks with them...That was real nice

I used Design Studio for the title & Bone frame

carts Paper Doll Dress Up ...Dinosaurs/ Bones/ Bush & Bird.

Used Pooh & Friends font

Inked everything ... Doodled

pop dotted and tore paper in layers for depth.
