Minnie's Butterfly Garden

Good Saturday morning to you all

Well I work a good bit of the night on this one...

But I think it was worth it.

When we went to Epcot they where having there flower festival for spring, and let me tell you it is AWESOME..... I will be making more layouts to show you. The landscaping they did was just breath taking. This was are first peek at Minnie's Butterfly Garden and WOW !!!!!

I thought I took pics of the Gazebo, but guess not, it is in a Gazebo with plastic chains hanging, so the Butterfly's don't get out.... It Is soooo Beautiful...but I did take pics of the rest of it....

this is a 2 page layout of the Garden, for this I used

Mickey & Friends ..... Minnie cut at 4 /1/2 ins

I wanted red polka dot paper for Minnie and didn't have it so instead I used Large Pearls....

They did the trick. In the pics Minnie & the Butterfly where done in all flowers ....they did an AWESOME job on them!

Indie Art .....Butterflys...cut at 3ins & 2ins I added pearls to the small one & embossed the large one with cuttle bug folder Swiss dots. pop dotted them& inked around the large one.

Walk in my Garden ....Caterpillar , inked it cut at 1 / 1/2ins , pop dotted it and flowers behind Minnie cut at 3ins& pop dotted.

Jubilee .... for the title Butterfly Garden cut at 1 in and shadowed.

Glitter paper for pic frames

Home Accents.... the flourishes cut at 2ins & 3ins & 2/ 1/2 ins.

I cut the flower on the paper and stuck the pic under it to kinda frame it a little...

added Pearls to the flowers on the paper....and doodled .

stamped Celebrate Spring at the bottom with a studio G stamp.

I really like how this one turned out. The small pic under the Caterpillar is a real one , you can't see him that well ....he blends in to good.... but he is there !

Mary Poppins

Hi All

Another Disney layout

This pic I took of Courtney & Mary Poppins...She was so Beautiful !

We missed her last time we went , so I made sure we got her this time.

One of my favorite things to do is the character greetings!

This is a simple ....OH MY .... did I just say that. I don't normally do simple layouts.

I am a fill up all the empty spaces person....

But I really like the simplicity of this one.

I used tear drop cart for the title cut at 1 in and shadowed.

added a lot of gems and some flowers with brads & ribbon.

Skittles ...boy I have not used them in a while...

And I love the saying at the bottom of the page...( practically perfect in every way )

that was one of her sayings!

I printed that on sticker paper .

Disney's Mulan

Good morning all

Here is another Disney layout.

This one is of My Granddaughter Courtney meeting Mulan.

We were at Epcot that day and visited Japan.

I love Epcot it is one of my Favorite parks.

I used Happily Ever after cart for......Fan cut at 7 ins/ lanterns cut at 4ins

Mulan title cut at 3ins/ Mulan cut at 4 / 1/2 ins/ and Pic frame cut at 4 1/4 ins.

Martha Stewart corner punch for pic corners... used DCWV TAJMAHL paper

and it is shiny , but it works wonderful for this type of layout.

Glued ribbon around page to frame it....added gems & square gem Brads

Look Closely

Good Morning all

Here is another Disney layout

This one is Animal Kingdom....My Grand Daughter Courtney, got a stuffed Pink Flamingo.

She really liked the Flamingos, I took this picture while she was standing with the Flamingos.

for this I used

Life is a Beach cart for bamboo & Flamingo

Bamboo cut at 11 in.

Flamingo cut at 3 in.

Graphically speaking for / Look closely..added the eyes on the o's of look.

Look closely cut at 2 /1/2 in.

Inked the bamboo...

doodled / added shaggy yarn and a feather.

pop dotted Flamingo & look closely

I cut around the Flamingo and put the pic of my Courtney down inside it.....

Added corners on pics with E K Success corner punch

And I journaled around the pics.

This was the first time she stayed all day at Animal Kingdom, last year she didn't like it...But this time she really enjoyed it as we all did!

Tiki Room

Hi all
This is a 2 page layout I did of the Tiki Room In Disney
It is a show with birds..... not real ones !
For this I used
All Life's a beach for....tiki's / bamboo/flower / bird / chair & Title.
paper is from Debbie Mum
pop dotted
the title I cut 5 times to make it thick ....
corners are wave punch from E K Success
embossed the letters with cuttle bug folder Sm mosaic tiles
inked everything/ tore some of the paper and used jute for texture...
used jell pens / doodled and a gem....
