Got Milk

Well I just can't seem to stop playing with the create a critter cart....

I LOVE IT !!!!

Here I made a layout of DGD Courtney she loves milk...couldn't resit a pic of her white milk mustache I had this paper and this scene came to mind.

K&Company paper I cut down in size and added it to white card stock used EK Success corner punch.

Cricut create a critter for all the cuts except that darn tree from just because cart cut @ 8ins inked and pop dotted....lol

Barn cut @ 4ins inked and embossed with cuttle bug added some sm buttons for handles

cow cut @ 3 ins pop dotted and doodled

sun cut @ 3ins pop dotted

nest cut @ 2in and inked I used it as straw....

grass 1in

tree stump 1 1/2 pop dotted

little bird 1 1/4

milk bottle cut @ 2ins pop dotted

got milk tags cut @ 3ins and got milk is a sticker.

Good morning all

Well today is my last time posting as a design team member for Practical Scrappers:-(

It is bitter sweet for me I loved doing it and being a part of an amazing team , but on the other hand I don't have to do projects for the challenge and have them ready for a certain day.

I can make what ever I want when I want. I just wanted to prove to my self that I was good enough for a design team and I did that for 2 terms....I know I will miss it.....

Was a wonderful experience for me!

Now on to my layout we where to use buttons and that was an easy one for me because I use a lot of them. I did this layout of my Family minus 1 Brother that doesn't seem to think he is a part of our Family. My Mom in front from left to right Me , Brother Butch, Sister Bonnie and Brother Dave missing is my Brother John ....That we love and miss!

I did this layout with thoughts of Mothers day coming up you will see what I mean in a minute.

Cricut Just because cart for tree cut at 16 ins inked, doodled and pop dotted and added buttons.

Title cut at 2 ins and doodled.

wagon cut at 3ins doodled and pop dotted.

apples cut at 1in pop dotted and added the date.

Lace and ruler ribbon, tore some green paper and added as grass inked the edges for depth.

And last the big button that represents my Mom and the fiber that represents my Family the button is tied to the fiber with string that represents LOVE and it holds everything together because that's what a Mother does.....Today is my Mom's 83rd Birthday and this layout is very special to me....

I have been playing with my new carts .

Last night I played with create a critter , I just love this cart!

This is a picture of my Daughter Tabatha & My Grand Daughter Courtney swinging on my Sisters tree swing.... Perfect picture for these cuts.

Layout Recipe

Cricut cart Create a Critter for Sun cut@ 3ins and added some stickles on the cheeks.

Butterflies cut @ 1 3/4ins and 2 ins cuttle bug embossed the wings with Swiss dots folder.

Cloud cut @ 3ins and doodled

Turtles cut @ 2ins & 1 1/2 ins and pop dotted

Grass cut @ 1in /1 1/4 ins

Flowers cut @ 2ins

Sunny days cut @ 2ins and doodled

Cricut cart Just because for the tree cut @ 14ins doodled & inked( I LOVE THIS TREE )

Mom's Birthday card & Box

Good morning all

I made this card for my Mom's Birthday it is the 27th of this month, she will be 83!

I am so Blessed.....

I used A Child's year cart / Nesties Martha Stewart deep edge punch and EK Success corner punch. I paper pleated added pop dots and lace.....

Mushroom shaped card

Good morning all

Over at Practical Scrappers the challenge this week is ribbon /fiber/floss

I made this mushroom shaped card in design studio

I used Tinkerbell & Friends cricut cart for all the cuts

Mushroom I cut at 5ins welded in design studio

Fairy Fawn I cut at 6ins pop dotted her added floss to her hair for her bow.

Tied a polka dot ribbon around the card.

added buttons with floss, a little pink chalk for her cheeks.

Stickled her wings and parts of the mushroom to make her magical.......

Fawn is one of my favorite fairies because she has attitude like me...lol

I love making the shaped cards...
